Citizenship by Investment (CBI)

Grenada provides a well-established and highly respected CBI program, offering two principal investment routes to citizenship: a donation option and a real estate option.

National Transformation Fund (NTF) – Donation

Minimum Contribution: USD 235,000 for a main applicant (up to 4 family members).

Additional Dependents:

  • Under 18: + US$ 25,000

  • Over 18 (adult dependents): + US$ 50,000

  • Sibling (unmarried): + US$ 75,000

Use of Funds:

Contributes toward Grenada’s social development — including infrastructure, education, tourism, and climate resilience.

Why This is Attractive:

It’s the fastest and most straightforward route — no property to manage, and no physical residency required.

Real Estate Investment

Minimum Investment: USD 270,000 into approved shared-ownership real estate options, or USD 350,000 for sole ownership in a government-approved project.

Government Contribution: + USD 50,000 on top of the real estate investment for a single applicant or a family of up to four.

Holding Period: Property must be held for 5 years before it can be sold to another CBI investor.

Why This Option: Ideal for investors who want both citizenship and a tangible, high-value asset — with the potential for rental income in Grenada’s growing tourism market.
